Spider monkey is belonging to monkey species. Spider monkey is founded in the South America forests. Spider monkey is also having seven species which black and brown headed monkey is more popular in the world. Spider monkey is also large in sized. Their life span is 27 years.
Physical appearance;
Spider monkey is having distinctive features which base categories as spider monkey. They also have elongated hand and legs. Spider monkey weight is 11 kg for males and female monkey weight is 10 kg. Their body hair color is black and brown. Male spider monkey body size is 38 to 48 cm. Their tail is also having 63 to 82 cm. female spider monkey body size is also 42 to 57 cm and their tail size is 75 to 92 cm.

Spider monkey is also social creatures which can live with in medium sized group. Female spider monkey is more active as compare to male spider monkey. Spider monkey is also known as the supreme acrobat of the forest. These monkey moves one tree to another tree with the help of their one hand.

Spider monkey is a wild animal. It lives in forest and required large space for living climbing and moving. If you can keeps as a pet then legally permit for government and then keep as pet. It is wild animal so dangerous in home setting. In some states allow monkey as pet but some states restricted for monkey as pet.
